Consumer Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to § 36 VSBG (German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters) we declare that we are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
No reference is made to the former ODR platform of the European Commission: it was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and the underlying Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 has been repealed. A link has therefore been neither required nor possible since then.
